Volunteer activities can be: making and handing out participation kits, helping at food or hydration points, handing out medals, directing runners along the route, etc.
Being a volunteer, getting involved and giving us a helping hand means more than you think. It means being part of our team, being part of organizing the event, helping others and giving them a little of your time, your energy. And the satisfaction and joy of those around you will fill you with satisfaction and joy too. This is the true reward.
