KIT PICKUP LOCATION AND SCHEDULE

The participation kit will be picked up from RUNNING EXPO, National Arena, VIP terrace, according to the following schedule:

  • Friday, September 20, between 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM, for all the event’s trials
  • Saturday, September 21, between 10:00 AM and 8:00 PM, for all events of the event
  • Sunday, September 22, between 09:30 – 11:30 only for the Family Run event
IMPORTANT! On the morning of the event, participation kits for the 10 KM and 10 KM – Wheelchair events cannot be picked up.

PARTICIPATION KIT PICKUP PROCEDURE

The participation kit will be collected based on the QR code, the ID card and the self-declaration signed by the participant online or in physical format. The online self-declaration will be sent by email together with the QR code. Please check the email address used for registration in order to sign the online declaration, including the Junk/Spam/Promotion folder.

Also, the personalized declaration ready for printing is attached to the email received upon confirmation of registration. If none of the options are at hand, you can download the statement to print and complete. Attention! There will be no declarations of self-responsibility on site.
For minors, the competition kit will be picked up by adults based on the identity document and the declaration on their own responsibility signed by both parents of the minor. The special declaration for the participation of minors will be sent by email or you can download it here: statement for minors.
Also, things go faster if you write the competition number on the declaration. This will be available soon in the LIST OF PARTICIPANTS, BIB column. The easiest way is to search by last name. The list is divided into the three events, Family Run, 10 KM and 2 x 5 KM Relay. First select the event and then perform the search.

The contest number will also be sent via email and SMS.
